Hole size and sheet thickness: It is important to note that the hole size and sheet thickness are related. Hole size must be increased for thicker sheets and reference to the table below is important.

Hole Preperation: Holes may be drilled or punched and fraze removal is neither required nor recommended, provided that it is on the reverse side of the panel. Fraze present on the front of the panel however, should be removed before the fastener is installed.
